The character can operate complicated video and television equipment. Combined with Security, the character can easily handle or hack into the camera security of a building. Combined with Electronics, the character knows how to setup complex sound and theatre systems. Combined with Visual Arts, the character would know how to create special effects and even cutscenes for video games and other media. This skill certainly concerns itself with the entertaining side of Electronics, requiring that skill at Level 5.
