Security
This skill requires Communications, Electronics, and Computer Operations at Level 3 or higher.
The character could also use this skill to get past electrical security devices (such as motion sensors)
and how special devices are used (such as military headgear). In other words, the character can bypass many
security systems (such as electrical cardlocks). The character also knows how to work with security systems to
carefully monitor an area properly. At the lowest levels, the character can still analyze a blueprint to determine
the layout of guards and likely patrol routes. Combined with Tracking, the character can use equipment
to monitor a situation or certain people within a building without their knowledge.
Even if there is a type of monitoring hardware or software the character hasn't seen before
(a new type of infrared sensor), he likely picks it up quickly. This skill does not exist in the past.
