Personal Motor Vehicles
With this skill, you can operate any personal vehicle meant for just one person.
This means snowmobiles, jetskis, motorcycles and other personal vehicles meant to be driven
in such a fashion. At the highest levels, you can perform stunts with such vehicles.
Obviously this isn't available in ancient times.

- Jet-Ski.
- Dirt Bike.
- Scooter.
- ATV.
Perks
- Performing stunts and other daring maneuvers (jumping rooftops) come at half penalty.
- Ignore one condition that causes a driving penalty (flat tire, crowded roads, etc).
- +1 Strength.
Expert Performance
- The vehicle moves X*3 kph faster without penalty.
- +X/2 to combat bonuses (likely Command) using this vehicle.
