With other E-Feds, they use
disqualifications, however this cannot apply
to an E-fed with so few rules, being on
International ground, therefore we have
changed it to Demerits, which means that
everytime *you* interfere, you will receive
one of these Demerits. This in no way affects
playing or roleplaying ability, in fact you
will actually receive an Award for enough
Demerits.
