We give this award to those wrestlers who manage to keep on fighting during a match, even if they are constantly being beaten. This Purple Heart is given to those who prove that only death or unciousness will stop them, and that they'll keep on fighting to the end. Therefore, we give this award to the wrestlers that refuse to stay down.
