This the application you need to fill to make a stable for the Havoc Dominon
E-Federation. Please note that you need a minimum of three wrestlers that are part
of HDW. Also if you have a background picture, character picture or anything else
you would like to add, e-mail it: limousinedriver@hotmail.com.
You may not have a wrestler belong to more than one stable. Each stable will be
allocated one megabyte to customize their page(email above). If a wrestler within
your Stable remains inactive for one month or is on prohibation for severely breaking
a Law of Havoc (see Info section), your teamleader will be e-mailed to deal with it. If
the wrestler in question does not respond to the e-mail given by the Havoc Dominion
Main Office within one week, the character will be deleted and your teamleader will
be notified of that change.
Likewise, if your Stable does not appear in a roleplay for at least two months, your
teamleader or persons will be notified and you will have one week to respond before
*only* the stable is disbanded (no character deletion).
Fill all necessary spaces, or it may not be processed. Spaces with a * are required
fields.
