Monday, May 8th 2000: Monday Night Mutilation Card #3 - Match #3 Alena Carmine vs. Unknown Authour: Alexander Michael Quinn (LD) [President] Match: Teacup Rules: None. Titles: None. Commentators: James Colburn, Iaian McBride. _______________________________________________________________________ Colburn: I've been having an interesting night watching all the mutilation taking place on our first Monday night, aren't you? McBride: Definitely. The last two matches were great, but we still aren't signing off are we? Colburn: Nope, we still have one more match and I have a feeling that it's payback time for Mr. Man in White. McBride: Are you going to keep calling him that? Colburn: You got a better name? McBride: Yeah, how about Mr. A$$hole, cause that's what he is! Colburn: Good point! The guy took out the first floor of the HDW office, so now there's Hell to pay! McBride: Damn straight, this is one match the guy can't run from. Colburn: I can't believe the locales this guy demands though, first it was the roof during midnight, now it's a section from the amusement park! What is this guy, some sort of freak? McBride: Dude, I don't know, besides it makes sense, we're just renting out the teacups ride, because HDW is cleaning up their office and fixing their pyro budget, that they don't have the time to install a disque of death. What I can't believe, is that Carmine agreed to this! Colburn: Good point, Iaian. After Friday Night's tough match, she's definitely not back in full performance shape, and probably wouldn't be until this week's Freedom, however she seems really pissed off! McBride: Yeah, well, what the hell did you expect? This freak comes in here, gets rid of our President (her wife), interferes with the match between Dan Long and Virus, and takes out nearly the entire first floor of the HDW! The guy's lucky nobody works that late and it was between shifts! Colburn: He probably planned it all, the son of a b*tch. McBride: Yeah, well I can think of one thing that isn't in his plans! Colburn: What's that? McBride: Carmine's neck grip! Colburn: Ouch, I forgot about her finisher. McBride: Yeah, now you're starting to forget things. Probably cause you're old. Colburn: Shut up. McBride: (smirks) Hehehe. Colburn: All right, we have secured the perimeter with Gothic's men around the teacup ride. But I still can't believe this is going to take place on a ride that looks like a reject from the "Flower Power" age. McBride: What's wrong with the pretty colours? Colburn: First women-crazed, now pretty colours. Is there a hippy side to you I don't know about? McBride: Ha ha. (The Viewscreen comes on. We can see the teacup ride lit up, however the rest of the amusement park has already closed. Gothic's men surround the perimeter like a blockade, allowing nothing in or out without their knowledge. We can see Alena in the control booth for the ride, waiting.) McBride: I can't believe they're so willing to fight on this guy's terms after what he did! Colburn: It's the easiest way to take care of him. Now shut up and do your job. (The bright multi-coloured lights of the purple and yellow teacup ride go out and just as suddenly come back on, except Unknown is standing at the center of the disk for the ride. Gothics' men look uneasy and are uncertain how he got there. Alena Carmine steps out of the booth and the referee hits the start button for the ride.) McBride: Geeze, they're losing no time facing this guy on his terms. Colburn: Yeah, but this match is still under our rules. Carmine looks a little uncertain at getting close, I can't really make too much out, the teacups are moving too fast now and are getting in the way. Can we switch to another angle? (The viewscreen shows blurs of teacups, and the low hum of the ride can be heard throughout the arena. Cameras switch from the standard side angle to an overhead view.) McBride: Hey, that's a pretty good angle, I can actually see what's going on. Colburn: Wow, with all the twists and turns in this ride, it's a wonder the two wrestlers are still standing! (Carmine jumps towards Unknown and manages to land near him without slipping. She then quickly delivers a punch, but it hits air and Unknown is gone from her line of sight.) McBride: I can't believe it! That guy is ducking between the cups so she can't see him! Colburn: Gothic's still standing there, it must be some sort of honour thing for him not to interfere. Carmine looks a little scared, and still Unknown isn't getting close to her. McBride: Oh no wait, there he goes, he's approaching her from behind one of the cups. He leaps for her! (The shadowy figure leaps from behind the cup to ambush Alena, but she's much too fast for him and catches his leg to push against him and knock to the ground. Carmine then drops a doublefist into Unknown's face, putting a small crack in the mask. Unfortunately for Alena, he comes around much faster than expected and literally throws her off. She flies through the air, without control, to the other side of the ride, smashing her head against the side of a teacup, chipping off a large part. She looks nearly out of it.) Colburn: Wow, she's just as fast as Friday Night, but I forgot about the incredible strength that guy has. McBride: Dude, he threw her nearly seven feet into a teacup and actually broke it! Colburn: I bet she has one Hell of a headache. Here he comes, he's coming towards her, but she seems too much out of it to do anything. McBride: Holy cow, look at that! He just ripped off the handle from one of the teacups in the biggest effort of strength I have ever seen! Colburn: Now Alena is really in trouble! (The Man in White continues to approach Carmine with the large broken handle, raised above his head and ready to bring it down. However, his maneuver is parried by a leg sweep from Alena, bringing him down to lean against a teacup opposite. Alena slowly gets up, but stumbles a bit from the last blow, still a little dazed, she approaches Unknown and picks him up by the head. With most of her remaining energy, she does an atomic drop into the teacup with Unknown, unfortunately making her too tired to form any sort of relentless assault.) McBride: This isn't good, Alena has the guy right where she wants him, but she's much to punchdrunk to continue! Colburn: It's probably a serious concussion, I hope she has enough to finish this. McBride: Alena steps on Unknown's chest, I think she's going to...Oh no, wait! Unknown has quickly come back and chucked her across the ride again. Where is she now, she went off camera! Colburn: Wait, there's the switch, she landed in one of the teacups, head first! I think she's out cold, there's no way she'll finish the match now. McBride: Here he comes, why doesn't Gothic do anything? Colburn: What? They can't see what's going on, the ride is moving too fast! (Unknown walks towards the other side of the ride, looking in teacups to find where he threw Alena. He finally reaches the one containing her. He starts swinging his fist into the bottom part of the teacup, knocking holes into the side.) McBride: Uh, what's he doing? Colburn: I don't know, it looks like he's trying to knock the teacup off the rest of the ride, sending Alena flying off! McBride: I don't know if that's as scary as the fact that he CAN punch holes in the teacup. Colburn: Maybe he owns his own gym or something. McBride: Look, somehow Alena has managed to wake up, although she really looks out of it. Colburn: This is getting really nuts, what happened to rules? Oh wait, we don't have any for this match. McBride: I can't look! Colburn: Oh, grow up. (Alena manages to groggily get on her knees, but she's holding her head from all the blows. Unknown punches a few more holes in the teacup, and it flies through spinning through the air. We can see a dark figure fly from it and flip; it's Alena. She drives her feet into Unknown's chest, knocking the wind out of him and sending him to the ground. Alena manages to get up, but stumbles and falls to the ground. Unknown gets up and walks over to her. He picks her up by the hair, and punches her in the face, causing her to fly off the ride and hit the ground. Now getting a clear look at her face, there are many abrasions and bruises covering Alena's head and she's coughing up blood.) McBride: Well, that's it, the match is definitely over. Unknown has put one too many cracks in Alena's skull for her to continue. Colburn: I think she's hemorrhaging, this is inhumane! Wait, what's that? (Unknown jumps off the ride towards Alena, but is intercepted by a flying object; man size.) McBride: What the heck? Unknown's been knocked off camera, how can we possibly follow this anymore? Colburn: Gothic's coming through on the receiver. He says that a camera man will be deployed shortly, but that their first concern is Alena's health. McBride: Well, at least they're going to take care of her head now. Colburn: There, the image just came back on! (A camera is turned on and all the power in the amusement park has been turned on. We can see Unknown's back fighting someone off-camera.) McBride: What the heck is going on out there? Colburn: I think we've got an interference, but from who? (The lights from the rocketship ride glance briefly across the area, and we see the LimousineDriver wearing a lot of bandages when he uses Unknown in a Gorilla Press into the railing set up for waiting lines to the ride. Unknown hits the rail and flips over it, landing on his feet.) Colburn: Hey! I was wondering when he was going to show up! McBride: I think it's payback time for Unknown. Unfortunately, I don't think our camera man can get that close. Hey wait! Look, another camera has been activated from the ride's point of view! It can't be Gothic's though. Colburn: I guess the Pres has more than one trick up his sleeve. Personally, I question if his rampage will continue far beyond the surprise he has generated, once the Man in White regains his posture, the fight will quickly become his. The LimousineDriver just took too many injuries from his first fight to really put up much of a struggle. McBride: Yeah, but don't forget how much of a beating the guy took from Alena, I think maybe our Pres stands a chance. Colburn: You know, at times like this, music is always a good thing to have. Why don't we get some? McBride: Sure, I'll get LimousineDriver's songtape running so we can all get in the mood! (McBride puts in the tape and it immediately begins, "Sunshine & Lollipops") McBride: Uh. Did someone tape over this? Colburn: No, our Pres just has really weird tastes. McBride: I'm shutting it off. Wait! Look, the fight has left the line and now they are fighting on the rocketship! It's starting to move! Did the Pres rig it? Colburn: Yeah, I've seen this ride before, doesn't it swing back and forth and go all the way around before it stops? McBride: Woah, I gotta see this. (Of course, they forget about the songtape.) (On the Viewscreen, from the backrow point of view, Unknown crashes into a chair and the LimousineDriver jumps up into the aisle. It looks like Gothic's men have arrived, but are too late to get onto the ride. The LimousineDriver has Unknown in a chair and just keeps punching him in the head, filled with rage which won't let him stop. He keeps going until his fist is caught by Unknown. Unknown drives his feet into the LimousineDriver and sends him crashing into the camera, causing it to static, just a little, before resettling.) McBride: Wow, watch the sides, you can see the ground moving back and forth! Colburn: I'm gonna be sick. McBride: Aww, poor baby. Just concentrate on the action, dude. Colburn: Ugh...well it looks like the LimousineDriver did get a lot of energy knocked out of him by that last blow, but he got back up to continue the fight. Unknown is...ugh, yuck...running towards him, but the LimousineDriver quickly parries and picks Unknown up by the knees, throwing him into the air. (Unknown flies into the air, but the ride swings up and he hits his head against the ship, the LimousineDriver hanging onto the safety bar so he doesn't fall. Unknown manages to grab on, but then slips and falls. The ship comes screaming back down, and the LimousineDriver delivers an uppercut to the falling Unknown, sending him into some chairs. The LimousineDriver stumbles a bit as the ride goes back up towards the air again, but he manages to get in one last kick before the ride circles around too high up. Unknown is holding onto a chair, and the LimousineDriver manages to hold onto the safety rail. The ride stops at the top for a few seconds, both of them just dangling in mid-air, holding onto the rocketship, before it begins it's descent.) McBride: I'm in awe, our Fed wrestlers can definitely take a lot and dish it out as well! Colburn: That's why I love this fed. The ride is coming back down, but it doesn't seem to be slowing down. Ugh, goddamn...The Man in White rips a chair from the rocketship and hurls it at the Pres, which is what I think I'm gonna do; hurl. The Pres gets hit and it really knocks the wind out of him! McBride: The ride is going back up. Colburn: Wait, the LimousineDriver is getting up and manages to get to the safety rail in time before the ship circles upsidedown through a crescent and is now swooping back down. McBride: Wow, that was also a lot of big words. How the Hell did you prepare THAT line? Colburn: What are you talking about? McBride: Forget it dude. (The LimousineDriver's wounds have started bleeding again and it shows through the cotton, it looks like his head has many bruises. Unknown's outfit is also covered in blood, however if it is the costume or not is hard to tell. Frank Sinatra's, "Swinging on a Star" begins playing on the songtape. LimousineDriver goes over to Unknown and sets him up for a powerbomb before Unknown can regain his stance. LD sends him into the chairs, dropkicking him quickly after the powerbomb execution. The ride swings around again, and Unknown grabs onto a chair, legsweeping LD so he loses his balance and falls just as the ship reaches full crescent.) McBride: He's a dead man! Colburn: No wait, the ship's coming around, the Pres lands and splinters the wood floor in the aisle. Man, he's starting to really bleed bad, I wonder if anything's broken, he fell at least 15 feet! McBride: Goddamn it, that songtape is really starting to piss me off! (He shuts off the songtape) (The ship begins to slow down. Unknown walks towards the LimousineDriver and kicks him. LD rolls over onto his stomach, and Unknown picks him up by the back of the neck, switches to the throat and chokeslams him into the ground, breaking planks left and right, sending them to fly from the ride and hit one of Gothic's men. LimousineDriver starts choking hard and coughs up a lot of blood. Unknown manages to catch one of the planks and holds onto the chair as the ship begins to turn upside down again. LimousineDriver manages to catch one hand onto the rail, but he is slowly losing his grip. Unknown takes the plank and starts whacking the LimousineDriver's hand, and the camera is close enough to pick up the cracking of LD's fingers. LD screams in pain and let's go, but is saved once again by the slowing ship when he falls and hits the ground from another fifteen feet. A large wooden splinter goes right through the LimousineDriver's other (not wounded) shoulder, and his bandages are ripped off when he gets back up, revealing a large scar across his chest and an indent wound in his shoulder. Bare-chested, the LimousineDriver gets up and forces the splinter out of his body with his working hand. Unknown comes charging, but LimousineDriver manages a legsweep and punches Unknown in the face, putting yet another crack in his mask. With the wooden splinter, the LimousineDriver drives it through Unknown's leg, yet no scream is heard. The ship begins on it's slowest ascent upwards, and LD picks up Unknown and does a backbreaker before Unknown can recover. The LimousineDriver quickly grabs onto the rail, as Unknown rolls towards the edge. The ship comes all the way up, and Unknown falls to the rollers below which move the ship, while a dangling LimousineDriver is left above.) Colburn: The ship won't come down to save Unknown, I think he's the dead man you were talking about. McBride: I don't know, the camera can't pick it up. LD is left dangling on the ship as it stays there for a few seconds. It looks like he dislocated a few of his lower joints, look at his left knee. Colburn: Ouch. The ship starts coming back down, it's going to crush Mr. A$$hole! McBride: Kickin', that guy won't be bugging us no more. (The ship comes back down, and the ship rocks a bit as it impacts something below it. The ship goes back up a bit as it slows down. The camera picks up what is below on the rollers, just a mask sawed in half and blood dripping into the pit below it. He was most likely squished through the tiny rollers by the massive ship. The LimousineDriver coughs up more blood and finally stumbles over the guardrail, falling ten feet and landing next to Gothic's men.) Colburn: Well, maybe we'll get a word with the wrestlers in a bit, I'll check with Gothic now. McBride: Man, multiple contusions, fractured hip, dislocated kneecap, torn shoulder, massive head trauma, multiple lacerations across the LimousineDriver's chest, broken bones in his hand, and a possible concussion. Alena left with a possible severe concussion and multiple bruises and lacerations to the head. Wow. Colburn: What the Hell are you, a Doctor? McBride: No, why do you ask? Colburn: Geeze, man, and you talk about me preparing lines. McBride: What? Colburn: Okay, we are able to get Gothic on the viewscreen along with the other wrestlers. (The viewscreen switches to Gothic, with LimousineDriver on a stretcher and Alena already loaded into the back of the ambulance.) Gothic: Well, we've certainly had an interesting scene develop here, I'm expecting a large jump in ratings after the hell these two went through. We were able to trace the Man in White back to another Fed, although we are not able to disclose any information at this time, let's just say we'll be paying those bastards a bit of a somewhat-less-than-legal visit. At least everything ended well, with the exception of the massive damage done to the wrestlers. Don't worry, they'll be fine in a week or two. Unfortunately, they are unavailable for comment, with one being out like a light and the other one who will probably be clinically dead when we get to the hospital because of his pain. Don't worry, we'll patch 'em up good, although I am not putting these two through anything for at least another two or three weeks. McBride: So, Gothic, any personal comments on the amazing display which took place? Gothic: I was...amused.
